Public instances are meant to be those with open registration, IIRC. Are you going to have open registration there?

Registration is open, via Keycloak OIDC. Login should redirect to https://auth.pub.solar, where users can create a new account.

FYI, you can configure your instance to show the Register button using the [service].SHOW_REGISTRATION_BUTTON config option. You can then configure your proxy or templates to redirect that button to your keycloak registration page. Perhaps it would be good to have an option to customize the registration URL as well.
