given forgejo meant the value parameter here:
runner.config.instance, runner.config.name and runner.config.token see https://codeberg.org/wrenix/helm-charts/src/branch/main/forgejo-runner

With this help. The helmchart generates the .runner-configfile and keep it for restarts and so on.
